I Hereby Authorize North Royal Oak Apartments to Obtain a Consumer Report, and Any Other Information It Deems Necessary, for the Purpose of Evaluating My Application. I Understand That Such Information May Include, but is Not Limited to, Credit History, Civil and Criminal Information, Records of Arrest, Rental History, Employment/salary Details, Vehicle Records, Licensing Records, and/or Any Other Necessary Information. I Understand That Subsequent Consumer Reports May Be Obtained and Utilized Under This Authorization in Connection With an Update, Renewal, Extension or Collection With Respect or in Connection With the Rental or Lease of a Residence for Which Application.

Applicant Agrees to Immediately Submit the Sum of $20 Which is a Non- refundable Payment for a Credit Check and Processing Charge, Receipt of which is Acknowledged by Management. Such Sum is Not a Rental Payment or Deposit Amount. In the Event This Application is Approved or Disapproved, This Sum Will Be Retained by Management to Cover the Cost of Processing Application as Furnished by Applicant.

UPON APPROVAL OF THIS APPLICATION, APPLICANT WILL NOTIFIED AND WILL BE GIVEN 48 HOURS TO PROVIDE THE D BOYS II, LLC dba North Royal Oak Apartments WITH A $300 HOLD FEE THAT WILL SECURE THEIR UNIT FOR MOVE IN.

THIS HOLD FEE WILL SECURE THE RENTAL FOR THE APPLICANT UNTIL THE LEASE BEGINS AND RESIDENT ASSUMES POSSESSION OF THE RENTAL. IF THE APPLICANT SHOULD DECIDE TO CANCEL THEIR APPLICATION AFTER PAYMENT OF THE $300 HOLD FEE, THIS FEE IS THEN NON REFUNDABLE.
